BLINDADOS DEL EJERCITO EPSANOL Series, Book No 25: Blindados BA-6 / AAC-1937
In the autumn of 1936 during the Spanish Civil War, the USSR delivered several batches of medium armored vehicles to the Republican government, mainly BA-6s and a few BA-3s.
These armored vehicles, whose exact number is unknown, but around one hundred, were a very welcome addition to the Republic's forces who, however, as with the T-26 and BT-5 tanks, had no experience in managing them and had to rely on the Soviet military advisors who brought them.
